Adhesives and Sealants

Gelest, Inc. supplies products for various functions in adhesive and sealant applications.  These include:

• Adhesion promoters for both adhesive and sealant formulations to improve substrate adhesion.

• Coupling agents for treating fillers used in adhesive and sealant formulations for improved mechanical properties.

• Functional silicone fluids for use as silicone sealant raw materials.  A wide variety of functionalities is available including vinyl and hydride for addition cure, silanol terminated fluids for condensation cure, as well as amine, epoxy, carbinol, methacrylate and mercapto functionalities.

• Catalysts, crosslinking agents and other modifiers for curing silicone sealants are also available.
